All of our routines...20 of them...produce FULL-BODY challenges which results in FULL-BODY changes. They are designed to be performed everyday without plateaus. For beginners and athletes alike.

Our success is measured by the success of our Members. Not a handful of Members, or a select few, but every Member when it is their time.
After your first year in the Workout Bandits™ program you can expect to reach “Rogue” level. As you continue, you will become more physically and nutritionally fit which can qualify you to reach “Elite” level. The final level is that of “Master.” Master level is for those who have been in the Workout Bandits™ program for 3 years or longer and have demonstrated a proven commitment to living an “Elite” level fit and healthy lifestyle and have ‘mastered’ the Workout Bandits™ system.
Your Body is UNDER CONSTRUCTION!
Keep in mind that the Workout Bandits™ process is not focused on Before/After, but on NOW/LATER.
Do we take measurements? YES, in areas such as strength, flexibility and balance.

Do we weigh you? NO. Your weight will normalize as you proceed through the program.

Can you eat? YES. Eat nutritionally sound meals. Don't get hangry! Stay in a good mood. Lose fat, not muscle!

It's all rather simple. Just commit to 3 easy steps:

2. Don't starve yourself just to look good for a photo-shoot. Make sensible changes in your eating habits.
