No excuses, just commitment. Some of our Bandit Family coming together to workout the day before Thanksgiving!

All of our routines...20 of them...produce FULL-BODY challenges which results in FULL-BODY changes. They are designed to be performed everyday without plateaus. For beginners and athletes alike.

Whether you are in a group class or need some one-on-one attention, you get it! There are no extra fees to receive personal guidance or instruction. We don’t sit around during training sessions. We jump right in there with you and there are others who can help you learn as we all work out together. The person next to you may likely be a trainer who can watch and advise during class.

Kick it...
Training your legs has a huge range of health benefits. For example, it stimulates bone re-calcification, enhances tendon and ligament durability and improves overall joint strength, as well as promoting the release of dopamine and endorphins. If you’re looking to raise your metabolic rate, this large muscle group burns more calories during exertion, and then burns the highest number of calories at rest, thanks to the thermogenic effects of training legs hard. A 30 minute leg session can burn between 500-1000 calories


Punch it...
Moving around a heavy bag and throwing punches improves your hand-eye coordination and overall stability. Heavy bag workouts work a number of muscle groups such as the shoulders, biceps, triceps, pectorals and the core muscles of the abs, waist and back. It helps the body to remove stress hormones, simulating the fight response of the brain's fight or flight mechanism. It also leads to the release of hormones and endorphins which improve mood and reduce pain. Bottom line: YOU GET RIPPED!


Resist it...
Resistance Bands and Suspension Training, or RoBuSTraining™, provides benefits that are not offered by free-weights. In real life, our bodies move to the side, backwards, forwards and diagonally. Traditional weight training tends to be linear and follow one plane of movement (sagittal). RoBuSTraining™ encourages multiplanar training (frontal, sagittal, transverse) which integrates all your motions and mimics real life movement. RoBuSTraining™ simultaneously builds strength, improves balance, increases flexibility, and burns fat.
