"From Start ...to Fitness!"

Workout Bandits™ "From Start...to Fitness™"  program will prepare you for a Fit life.

 

  1. The Orientation Stage is Boot Camp, including nutrition guidance and ongoing progress tracking (4 weeks.)

  2. The Conditioning Stage allows the Member to attend unlimited classes (5 weeks.)

  3. The Fit Life Stage is a 21-day Challenge where the Member is coached to reach Personal Best levels (3 weeks.)

 

After the Member completes their 3-month "From Start...to Fitness™" program, he or she determines the number of classes they can attend weekly. The following Fitness components are taught and practiced in DETAIL during the entire "From Start to Fitness™" program.

Orientation

Workout Bandits™ training can be described as "Learn while you Burn" exercise routines. During Orientation you will learn how to perform specific body mechanics used in our 18 unique routines and some of them are pretty cool! You will learn how to correctly Punch, Kick, Pivot, Breathe, Push, Pull, Lift and Focus in addition to natural body-mechanics. In other words, you will learn to use your FULL-BODY to generate a new, fitter and healthier you! This orientation prepares you to physically and mentally engage in a large variety of exercises that you might have thought impossible! You'll go from "IMPOSSIBLE" to "I'M POSSIBLE!" As long as you are committed and compliant to the Workout Bandits™ Process you will experience impressive results!

Conditioning

 

Workout Bandits™ trains you in a manner that is more natural to how your body works. You walk, jog, run, lift, push and pull things, sit up, sit down, twist and turn, reach, etc. You normally don't get sore from doing these things because they are "natural." This is how WB has designed its Functional Movement Training Routines. They are very effective, safe to perform every day and target the entire body making you strong, agile and athletic! You will experience changes in muscle-mind synchronization, balance, flexibility, strength, agility and, not to mention, all the changes taking place inside your body such as increase in the need for oxygen to help in muscle strengthening, detoxification, and your desire to consume superior nutritional foods. WB is an exclusive Fitness & Wellness Studio where you go to LEARN (train and eat right), BURN (get lean and strong) and TURN your life around to enjoy the highest level of fitness available at a pace equal to the time you invest.

Workout Bandits™ Strategic Exercise Training Routines

Full-Body & Functional Movement Training

 

Workout Bandits™ trains you in a method that is more natural to how your body works. It is called Functional Movement Training (FMT) that engages nearly every muscle in your body. All of our Routines use strategic FMT to awaken your inner athlete. And, as you age, FMT becomes increasingly important in maintaining your highest level of fitness.

 

Workout Bandits™ currently offers 20 unique Full-Body FMT routines that vary in their levels of intensity with a 4.5 flame being high and a 2.5 being moderate. You will require a towel for each of them! Our periodic Skills class helps Members to hone their abilities.

FMT is about training your body to perform what it does naturally only at a superior level. When we learn to kick we're strengthening the legs. When we learn to punch, we're strengthening the upper body (arms, core, back) while also developing hand-eye coordination and balance (especially when you combine the upper and lower movements.) Not to mention the cardio conditioning. We're becoming more flexible, more stable in our 'footing' and our balance is more in harmony in each and every step we take. FMT strengthens, tones, stabilizes, balances and just reshapes you into a much stronger, more functional you! FMT is at the top of the list when it comes to training and study after study is proving just how important and effective our type of training is.

The Workout Bandits™ Routines listed on the left have the following benefits:
